Dog sledding help!

My DH and I are on the un cruise ship wilderness discoverer. Which means that our only port day is in Klawock. I really want to do an excursion with dog sleds. Which means we either need to have time in Anchorage or Juneau to do this before/after the cruise. Either way we only have half a day in each city.

 

In Anchorage we could go to the Alaska Native Heritage Center and visit the Team Baker. The only issue we land at 3pm and the Center closes at 5pm. So do we have enough time?

 

In Juneau I've been chatting with Gold Rush Sled Dogs. They have a tour that's 2.25 hours and starts at 9:15am. Our flight leaves at 1:22pm. Do we have enough time to do the tour and get back to the airport?

 

Any other suggestions would be welcome!

You don't have enough time in Anchorage, you should have enough time in Juneau. I suggest you arrange a direct transfer to the airport, either with the tour vendor, or have a cab waiting.
