We are taking our first cruise in June with RC and I am trying to plan an excursion at our return port destination. If our cruise docks at 7am, what time should we expect to be off the ship with our luggage?

After arriving in the debarkation port, the ship will have to be cleared by the local officials. It usually takes about 30 minutes to clear the ship. The first passengers off are usually those who elect to carry off all of their luggage. These would start about 30 to 60 minutes after docking. The last passengers are usually off by 9:30 or 10am.

Those passengers not carrying off their luggage will have to collect it in the cruise Terminal.

Finally, all passengers will have to clear immigration and customs.
