Royal Caribbean/MLife newbie question

When we were in Las Vegas a few years ago, we signed up for MLife cards. We're only sapphire level because we're really not big gamblers. Does the MLife card act as a players club type card in the Royal Caribbean casinos? I keep reading about connecting Crown & Anchor accounts to MLife accounts, but since we've never cruised I can't do that yet.

Thanks in advance!

We are also Sapphire MLife card holders and Gold RCL members. I don't think that your MLife card will be joined with your RCL account, but you will receive Casino benefits depending on your level of MLife card. There is a chart showing May 25 on Navigator, so if I find out something different, I will post.
