Serenade of the Seas

Will be cruising on the SERENADE OF THE SEAS in a couple of week, was wonder if anyone has been on the ship lately and if so how is the entertainment and what are the shows??? Also how was the food??

Welcome to Cruise Critic. We sailed on Serenade, March 15-22, so that's pretty recent. It was a wonderful cruise. We loved the ship, the staff/crew were excellent, and we thought the entertainment was among the best we've ever experienced on any ship. The headline show was Savannah Jack, and that group was outstanding!! The CD, John Blair, was everywhere. And his own shown was excellent as well. He's an incredibly talented performer.

 

We did MTD, and after working out some problems we had with our pre-reserved times, it all went well. We had the same wait staff/table most nights. We thought the food was very good. We loved our dinner in Chop's. Probably one of the best Chop's experiences we ever had.

I was on March 22-29. Our headliner group was a "Temptations" group. We enjoyed the food and did all the Specialty Restaurants.

We were on Serenade last November so not so recent as other quotes but we did enjoy it. So much that we are booked on the transatlantic from New Orleans to Barcelona on the 26th and really looking forward to it. Hope you enjoy your cruise
