Steakhouse: how to contact Maitre d'?

My husband and I will be cruising the Carnival Pride in May. We would like to contact the Steakhouse Maitre D'. Anyone know how we can email him/her?

I just booked the Steak house on the Pride for June1 st and I booked it under excursions and received an email a few hours later to confirm .

I wanted to ask before I book: if I book online for the first cruise night, will they still offer the free wine bottle or do I have to book while onboard?

Pride steakhouse email is prsteakhouse@carnival.com and yes if you book the first night you get free bottle of wine.

Which ever way you go they will honor the first days promotion. Also if you have a food allergy the MDR maître d will put it in the computer and the steak house will be aware prior to your arrival.
