No experience but have used the site to compare pricing. (Have found rooms cheaper.) Just make sure to read the small print and follow up with the hotel to get the hotel confirmation number for the room style you booked.

Best way is to find a hotel on any site then go to hotel site and see what price is > if it is more cal them and tell them the rate they normally will match it

Most hotels won't match the prices found on the discount sites. On the mainstreams like expedia, travelocity,orbitz etc, yes sometimes they will.
