Is the Infinity as bad as they say?

We were also on the Mar 16 cruise to Miami. We sailed on Infinity in 2009 and since then most cruises have been on Solstice class. I was a bit apprehensive that we'd be disappointed back on an older ship. However we were pleasantly surprised with the great condition of the cabin -- furnishing, carpet, bedding like new. Even better, the bathroom was spotless including the shower (ever on the look for mold and mildew and found none).

Food was as good or better than our previous 2 Celebrity cruises, entertainment as expected, lecturers were awesome! Crew friendly and service great.

Laundry at best provided a few laughs but all was straightened out by the last day. The running joke was laundry roulette. As to why do laundry, we were gone 3 weeks and only take one medium suitcase each so we must wash, especially in warm weather. Preferable to hauling and paying airlines for more luggage.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Infinity to others.
