Viewing Carnival Account

Is there anything on Carnivals web where you can log in and view your previous cruise information and status? I log in and the only thing I can ever find it your "special" VIFP offers. Do they not have something set up to keep a log of your cruises and info on their site? :confused: Or am I missing it?

Login and click your name @ the top. On the left side it says 'my cruises'.

When I click my name, it doesn't do anything (it doesn't go to another screen or anything). There's nothing on the page that says I can view my account or 'my cruises'. :confused:

You'll have to join the VFIP club and username and password, then add your Dream cruise, I believe.

I joined back when I did my cruise and added it. I'm able to log in, it just doesn't do anything but tell "Hi, Kimberly" and that's it. :(

 

I can always log in and view my VIFP account and the specials for me. Just nothing else.

Click on "manage" then "VIFP Club" and your cruise history should show up, as long as you're logged in :)

When you are on your VIFP club page, do you see a "My Cruises" line on the left side of the page?

 

If I click that, it gives me a list of all my cruises.

I click "manage". It makes me log in again, even if my name is already shown at the top. Bookings, etc all comes up then.

 

What browser are you using? Maybe you need to change "compatibility view" settings. (Click 'page' at the top left bar above....then click on compatibility view while you're on the Carnival website.)

Wondering if you have to add your cruise? When I click on my name, it goes right to my cruise history :) Try logging out and log back in. Carnival's site is notorious for being finicky.

BOOM. There it is. I "logged out" (even though I think it logged me out itself even though my name continued to be at the top) and then logged back in, clicked my name and was able to find the manage section and my cruise came right up with my points and status and everything I was looking for.
