Newark Airport Hotels: where to buy wine?

Don't know exactly where we will spend our pre-cruise night, before sailing out of Bayonne on Summit-- probably one of the Hilton group. From what I've heard, Bayonne is strictly an industrial port -- not much in the way of dining/shopping. So, is there a good place to buy wine near the airport hotels? Walking distance, or will we need to get a cab? Thanks

You will need a cab but I would go to Bayway Wine and Liquor on Bayway Ave. in Elizabeth. If you're staying at one of airport hotels on 1&9 it's about a 10 minute ride with no traffic. Definitely not walkable based on area and distance. They have a great wine selection and good prices.
