So going on Allure of the seas on August 17th to the Eastern Caribbean: Nassau, St Thomas and St Maarten

One good place we've had authentic food in St. Maarten was the Harbor View, which is on the boardwalk in Phillipsburg at Great Bay beach. You have to get there early for lunch or they'll be sold out of the best dishes.

 

We've tried others in that same area and had great luck. I regret that I can't remember names of those restaurants.

In Nassau, try the Bahamian Kitchen, excellent conch fritters!

In St Thomas....Cuzzin's

In Nassau....Araway Cay (plenty of local food to enjoy)

St Maarten..Orient Beach lots of place to choose from.

 

do a google search on both for directions. Good local food. Enjoy!:D
