This may be a blessing in disguise. Assuming it costs more to have Oceania to apply for it (and I am almost certain it is), you could tell Oceania to cancel your application and apply for it yourself in the e-visa link provided on this thread.

 

I think it is included in what i already paid.

 

I thought about applying myself, but I was afraid a duplicate application might cause even more problems.

 

My TA says she is on top of it - problem is she leaves Monday for Europe herself - ours is part of a back to back she is doing on the Riviera.

 

According to the Turkish Visa website the applications are processed within 48 hours - maybe by the end of the week I will get mine.

 

Won't sleep well until I do I am afraid...:(

More like 10 minutes if you apply yourself online.

Well, if you paid Oceania to get them for you, I am sure they will, but if not, they are very, very easy for you to obtain them online in just a few minutes.
