RCI gets it wrong - AGAIN!

Recommended Posts

So, yesterday I receive an email saying the 31st October 2015 Anthem of the Seas transatlantic crossing has been cancelled.

They offer me the option to swap to the new cruise - an eight night crossing sailing on October 27th or the Allure crossing.

So I calls RCI UK, guess what, the rep, a lovely lady with 15 years service who will be made redundant in a a couple of weeks as her job has been outsourced to Guatemala, had no clue what I was talking about. She then tries to check prices for the eight nighter - nothing on the system.

Royal has given me until May 2nd to either rebook on a cruise that no-one can give me details on or cancel.

What to do? :o

Pete

Oh good grief.

Suggest you wait until after the long weekend.... and by 2nd May all the itineraries for that period should have been released which will give you an idea of what else you might like to do then. At least you'll not have flights booked. Tut. She has to be going somewhere!
