Glory Balcony Question

Can the balconies on the Glory be opened with keys? We have 4 rooms in a row and would like to open if possible. We did this on the Spirit but unsure about the Glory.

We did it with two, our room steward did it after the muster drill. Not sure about 4, sorry

That's good though :). My PVP seemed to think they didn't open on the Glory. It might be that the balcony wouldn't be very big if opened.

We loved the balcony open, ours wasn't wide or anything, but definitely longer. Felt big because all 5 of us sat out there at the same time, while open. :) enjoy!

Depending on how the rooms are, you might not be able to open all 4 in a row because the divider that swings open will be blocking the other persons door to the balcony. In order to be able to open them, the beds have to be along the same common wall.

We had 3 cabins in a row. The entire divider swung back between 2 of them but the third was a small door that was opened instead of the entire divider.

If in a normal stretch of balconies, the dividers are all the same, the problem is to open 4 rooms together you have a balcony divider that blocks one door or another, no way to secure it against the wall without blocking another persons door.

We only had 2 cabins, but that was the problem we had....the divider blocked on of the 2 rooms whenever it was open, had to wait for the person to come onto the balcony and then we closed the divider to get it out of the way of the room door....it was kind of a pain.

We just got off the Glory last week and had side by side cabins (6473 and 6481).....they were willing to open the divider, but couldn't due to the position of the cabin doors out to the balcony....so I guess the answer is they will if the divider door doesn't interfere with the cabin doors. We were kinda bummed because we booked the cabins side by side for that reason.......even gave up some OBC to not switch cabins......
