My June 2014 Elation cruise has not dropped once. This is the first time I remember getting this close to the final payment date without at least one drop.

No price drop for my Breeze NYE cruise.

Last year I had 4 price drops for my Breeze Christmas cruise by this time. :(

I haven't had the first price drop on my Liberty cruise that is in December either ... I hope I will get some price drops on it though

The past two years we have always had price drops.

Keep watching our category, and there are still 7 cabins left.

Also, today is final payment day for the "normal" rates, so maybe something will change.

Our final is not due until 30 days prior.:D:D

No drops for Sunshine in August and I booked well over 6 months ago. Prices are steady rising though. Bummer. Maybe that will change closer to sailing although my category is sold out. There are still cabins available in my sister's category though.

I made final payment last Tuesday for my July 12 cruise on Sunshine and the price dropped today and I called and received a $372 obc!!!! I notice some people fill out a form, all I do is call Carnival and they do it while I am on the phone. This is the 2nd price drop since we booked, first time they reduced my final payment. So excited!

Remember that if there have not been any price drops on your cruise it just means that you didn't overpay to begin with.... glass half full mentality :D

They denied my OBC drop from last night ... said it was the system updating or something like that .... and you would know that was the 1st time ever that I haven't did a screen print when I found the price drop. It seems like several cruises ago that the same thing happened one time and they said it was the system updating that made the price look cheaper ....... oh well .... I am going to keep watching .... but that other website that people (including me....pay $1) to monitor the prices .. it is so behind....I don't know how anyone ever gets a price drop if they wait on that to email you .....

Yes, that price checker website who shall remain nameless seems a little "fishy" :) The prices have been incorrect for four days so far. I still had credits left from the last time I used their services so don't feel too bad. I'll just keep checking fare viewer.

Looked at a cruise at 4pm and looked again at 9pm and saw the prices go up $50.

Although I booked ES for our Nov. Repositioning cruise I am not expecting any price drops. :). The price has more than doubled since we booked it in December. We got a great price though and we are happy.

My Glory cruise that does not sail until March 2016 is a question mark for me?? My friends and I have the only 4K cabins(scenic ocean view) which are actually considered interior cabins- so we would only get a price drop if the Ocean View cabins drops below that ...right???

I currently have 3 cruises booked. The closest one just went up another $30/person. The other two are steady, but both are higher than what I paid back in Jan/Feb. One is close but $60 higher while the other is $1300 higher. Doubtful I'll see any price drops but I got good prices to start, so no complaints from me :)

Our cruise dropped by $680 total but since I booked during the "Dreaming of Vacation Sale" and my final payment was 4/6/2014 I called my PVP and I don't get the obc because I didn't book the early saver.. bummer..but we are leaving soon so definitely a plus, would of been nice to have an extra drink of the day ;)

If I'm booked with the casino rate and do a mock booking that shows a lower casino rate price is there anything I can do (upgrade?) since I'm past final payment?
