Carib Princess ENGINE Update?

Cruise News Daily is reporting the propulsion system problems were fixed during the turnaround. They said the problem was in Automatic Power Sharing system which distributes electrical power where needed, therefore they had to distribute the power manually which created another problem with a governor that rendered one of the generators inoperable, thus the reason for the slower speed.
