Wine Package question

I haven't sailed since 2012. At that time, there were three levels to choose from when ordering your package - Gold, Platinum and Diamond if memory serves me. When I do a search now, I only see one package. Have they been combined or am I too far out from my March 2015 sailing to see the packages?

There is only one package now. The only choice is how many bottles.
