Spirit Class,Cat 9B and ES

I was wondering about this:

I have never booked ES before but I understand how it works and if the price goes down all the way up to around sail date you get OBC. But I noticed in the Spirit class there are very limited 9B categories. So how does one "Price Match" to request a lower price if the category is sold out and you can not see it to compare it to? Or can you just wait until prior to sailing to see if the price went down any by calling Carnival?

Thanks...I was just wondering about how it worked with a limited category.

If the category its sold out it its unlikely for there be a price drop. With ES you have to match your category type which would be 9B . If they ate sold out Carnival will not drop the price of that room since there are none to sale. If there is some cancellations it is possible though so I would keep checking.
