Your thoughts on the Breakaway!

We're looking at the breakaway from New York and just wondering your thoughts on this ship? I just have a couple of questions , I know there's a lot of restaurants but how many free ones are there and is the food in the free restaurants good? What about entertainment. We're looking at the fall of 2015 , we have a cruise booked for November 2014 out of San Juan with Carnival. I have 3 with Carnival and my DW 2. We were on the Breeze last year and loved it. Just wondering on NCL private island I think that's one of the stops, and the other ones are PC which my wife wants to go to Universal for the day, just wondering if there's an excursion for that and the other one is Nassau, which we went to last year, we had tickets for Atlantis but never got to , because it was supposed to be our last stop , but we had a medical emergency on the first day and got to Nassau to late. Thanks for your opinions.

We were just on the BA 4/13 sailing and had purchased the UDP. I enjoyed the specialty restaurants very much and have no complaints about food or the service. Did pass by osheehans when they had prime rib night and it did look good. As for the main dining did not eat in there this time but on our July sailing they were fine too. The entertainment was very good as we'll. saw the comedian and rock of ages. Most of our time was spent in the casino so I didn't see anything else. We did do the excursion day pass. A bit pricey but worth it for young kids as the water park is awsome. Any other questions let me know.

BA is a different experience vs. smaller NCL ship, 3 MDR plus buffet n OSheehans are all good, we dine specialty for free as perks or with OBC. Go with open mind, plenty to do n not enough for a week to do it all.
