Portable DVD players

We are sailing next week on the Inspiration with our 3 DD's. Can anyone tell me what kind of television programming they have for kids in the room? Also, can we plug our portable DVD player into the television?

 

I know that there is a lot for kids to do but when it's time for them to be in the room at night, television helps them unwind.

On the Victory there was no way of us plugging our portable DVD player in, but there was enough on TV and on the radio to suffice...
