I've heard a lot of people go to Grand Lucayan hotel and get a day pass for $15pp and the cab ride is $5 pp each way. How far is the hotel from the port, i.e. how long does it take to get there. We only have from 7am to around 12:30 (sail at 1:30PM) and want to figure if it's worth it.

 

Any other suggestions for beaches close to the pier?
