Is anyone else having trouble getting into the Cruise Personaliser? I keep getting a weird message

"Cannot find validation summary element "Form Validation Summary", make sure you've put an element with this ID into your HTML document."

 

I've never seen this before and it just wont let me in. I really need to update things and book some trips.

Yes I've had this before or something similar & in my case it was (or at least appeared to be) that the cruise booking code / reference was case sensitive.

 

I know that when I looked the other day I couldn't access my booking for Britannia but after speaking to my TA I understand this was because P&O hadn't loaded all the new cruises yet.

 

I gather as you're referring to booking trips your cruise is imminent so therefore should be on the system I'd have a look at the upper / lower case issue first.

I think you need to go add P & O to the compatibility view settings under the tools menu

Yes I am having trouble too, same message, so I will try the compatibility thing.

Had same problem, spoke to Bolsover, solved by using different browser to Internet Explorer. In my case Opera.
