I keep getting a weird message "Cannot find validation summary element "Form Validation Summary", make sure you've put an element with this ID into your HTML document." Big Foot Posted April 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Hello, Yes I've had this before or something similar & in my case it was (or at least appeared to be) that the cruise booking code / reference was case sensitive. I know that when I looked the other day I couldn't access my booking for Britannia but after speaking to my TA I understand this was because P&O hadn't loaded all the new cruises yet. I gather as you're referring to booking trips your cruise is imminent so therefore should be on the system I'd have a look at the upper / lower case issue first.
