6th August - Jewel Question

I am travelling on the 6th August Jewel cruise. When is the ship 'Christened'? Who is the godmother and when does it all take place? Does anyone have any more information about what will happen on the ships first cruise? It's a two nighter - what shows can we expect to see........ I think the tickets will arrive tomorrow - but i need to know more. Will take lots of pics and post review - maybe on board. First time with NCL!!!!

I am on the 2nd mini cruise on the 8th August, I have my tickets already. As for shows etc I think it will be something reasonable although I am led to believe there will be alot of parties etc on board too.

Who is christening her and when? Don't know yet. Usually NCL will post it on their website a few days before..... It will be soon, either in England or in America when she arrives here....

I believe the christening ceremony is in new york following the arrival of the transatlantic on 14th sept.

Tickets (or should i say paper!) says 3pm. We'll get there about 1.30pm!
