Excursion Booking Question

This may be a kind of odd question, but we have an excursion booked in Ketchikan this June and we have found a different excursion that seems to interest us a little more (Still booking through RCI). The website won't let me check availability because we wouldn't have time to do both excursions. I don't want to cancel the current excursion first without guaranteeing availability on the new excursion. Does anyone know how to check availability without canceling the current one first? Would calling Royal Caribbean be an option?

Yes, you should be able to call customer service and get that info. Also, they can make the change for you over the phone.
