I purchased OBC gift certificates for our upcoming cruise on my name. Will the things my DW buys also be deducted from the OBC? Obviously we are in the same cabin.

As long as you use your credit card for both of you when you check in, both of your charges will appear on your account no matter which card you use. The OBC will reduce the total amount due on your account.
