Freedom Solarium

Recommended Posts

I just got off the Oasis in March and now thinking of booking the Freedom. We really care about nice shaded areas in the Solarium and a near by bar. On the Oasis you could only really get shade on the top by that bar but the pools were down stairs and it was some what inconvenient. How is the Freedom Solarium? We love the Solarium on Enchantment

Freedom's Solarium is not covered in glass like Enchantment and Oasis. So it tend to be cooler.

The solarium bar area on Freedom Class is shaded as well as the hot tubs and loungers further away from the pool. The loungers that are in the sun are actually difficult to get.

You should have no issue finding some shaded seating in the solarium. There is a bit more traffic along the windows in this area than you may have seen on the Oasis.

Enjoy

Bear in mind that in Freedom class (or certainly on Indy last year) only the actual pool and whirlpools are adult only, kids love the swing seats along the side and it is a passageway from the forward elevators to the main pool so not particularly quiet.

What are these swing seats you mention?
