How warm are the public areas kept on an Alaskan cruise? I hate hot rooms.

We have only been on a Princess cruise in the south pacific and those public areas were freezing.

They tend to keep the temps lower in public spaces plus there will be wind and open doors. I am on her right now coastal CA with 80s in port and I am comfortable with a light cover up

On our recent Pacific Coastal on Century we found the public areas to be VERY warm, despite temps consistently in the mid 60's outside. To our surprise the A/C worked very well inside the cabin though.
