Church's Bay

Heard that Church's Bay is a great beach and good of snorkeling. Any thoughts? Also - how far is it from the Dockyards??? How is compared to the snorkel park????? Input would be appreicated.

Church Bay is a beautiful, secluded beach. It suffered a lot of hurricane damage though which makes it a little difficult to get to. I didn't have my fins with me so couldn't snorkle out very far and the water was a little rough so the snorkeling I did was only so-so. There was a lot of pink sand and some interesting tide pools also. We didn't go to snorkle park so I can't compare the two.

Church Bay is about one-and-a-half miles west of Horseshoe Bay so it will take about 15-20 minutes by bus from Dockyards. I've never been there so I can't tell you much else about it.
