Does the Rhapsody have a forward Observation area?

I'm hoping to make a decision by the end of the week on whether to book the Rhapsody or Norwegians Sun for a South American cruise in early 2016, and one of my questions before I decide is whether the Rhapsody has a forward inside observation area. The Sun, but there are rumors it my go into dry dock between now and then to convert it into Suites, which most people are agreeing would greatly impact their selection of the Sun for a Scenic cruise like SA or Alaska.

Not really an observation area, but Windjammer (buffet) is forward with windows all around.
