Ruby Princess, Deck 15 Forward?

I'm looking at the deck plan for the Ruby and on the Lido deck forward is something in the area of rooms L202 - L215 that is not marked. Can anyone tell me what that area is?

Open deck area with some steps to the roof of the bridge.

 

It is the area to the left in the picture below which is taken on the top of the bridge.

Not sure we're looking at the same thing.. It doesn't appear to be an open deck according to the deck plan..

You are correct. I thought you were referring to the forward facing cabins.
