Catalina56 Posted May 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 14, 2014 Hi, I have been reading about the "Vibe" and "Spa Pass". I'm in a Mini Suite not a Spa cabin. How does one get one of these, I know there is a charge for both. Do you go to Customer Service when you board or can I call NCL and pay for it over the phone? Va. Plumber Posted May 14, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 14, 2014 I am assuming you entered the sail date incorrecty. With regard to both, they cannot be purchased in advance. The Vibe pass can be purchased at customer service desk. Be advised that there are only a limited number available, so you will need to insure that you have a low boarding number by checking in early. Needs to be first stop after boarding. The spa pass has a little more leeway, but you need to head to spa after obtaining Vibe pass. there again they only sell a limited number. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
