Cozumel Suggestions

What is there to do/see in Cozumel with two older adults (late 70's and early 80's - the 80 y/o is in a manual wheelchair and cannot take steps up)? We don't want to do a beach day. Are the sidewalks accessible and store fronts accessible for a manual wheelchair?

Depending on which cruise line you are on, it might be necessary to take a taxi to your destination, such as downtown. Downtown is fairly pedestrian friendly and using a wheelchair may be ok.
