Noise in B9 / M9 balconies of Norwegian Epic?

I searched these boards, but couldn't find an answer for my question.

We're considering upgrading to a spa stateroom for our upcoming cruise. Since deck 14 is right below the pool deck, I was wondering if anyone who stayed in these areas could tell me if noise is a problem?

I read one review saying that you could hear some light noise from Spice H20, but otherwise haven't found any further information

Also, I noticed a couple of rooms have an 'angle'. Does that mean your view of the ocean is obstructed on one side if you are in one of those?
