Breakaway Sailaway Timing

How long does it take for the Breakaway to leave NYC? We would like to enjoy sail away and see the Verrazano Bridge before dinner, but I'm not sure how long that would be. I'd like to book the early Cirque Dreams show, but I don't know if that would be too early. Sail away is scheduled for 4PM and the show is at 5:45PM.

 

Any advice?

Approx 50 minutes from leaving port to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.

You will have plenty of time to make dinner. We usually eat early, but we always wait to go under the bridge. Been under it about ten times and it's still a neat experience

We did this in February and had no problem with the early Cirque show. It was a great way to start our vacation and really set the tone for the trip.
