quick question about drink package

If one person in the cabin gets the unlimited alchohol package does the other person over 21 have to as well still? I know that was the rule at first for most cruise lines, but it seems that they are starting to back off of that now (RCL & Princess). I was just wondering about CCL

Still everyone 21 and older have to purchase the package.
