Scenic Train Return Question

We're looking at the scenic train excursion while on St. Kitts and it looks so very interesting. However, I noticed in the info that there is a 40 minute return trip through the villages. My concern is that someone in our party deals with motion sickness. Can anyone tell me what the trip is like? Curvy roads? Mountains? I would hate to have a wonderful day ruined on the trip back to the ship.

The return trip is not on winding roads. It's fairly flat coming back. They take you through a few of the villages and you get to see the shipped dock once you pass through the final village and there is open water. St. Kitts is a wonderful island! Happy Sailings!
