MDR Menu for 8 Day Cruises

I believe that most of the ships have the same menu for their MDR and I have an idea of what we had on our last cruise aboard the Conquest. Does anyone know what they do for an 8 day cruise? If anyone has the listing, it would be greatly appreciated!

"Zyde" used to have an 8 day menu up on its site. I haven't checked in awhile though.
