Did not see any on the OS, but the Aqua Theater suites have them.

Here is a pretty good photograph as we were docked next to her in January and have a OS booked for March 2015. So I took a bunch of outside photos. In fact, I don't recall seeing an stands on the RFS, but you can look for yourself.

Pretty sure the loft suites on Oasis/Allure have binoculars, though not on a stand.

Thanks just upgraded from OS to RS and informed by C&A no binocular stand on

RS but a hot tub instead:D
