When do VGT rates become available on Panama Canal Cruises?

Generally speaking (or very specific experiences!), when have VGT rates become available on Panama Canal cruises? I know that IGT/OGT/VGT usually start 120 days before sail date, but I'm looking specifically for VGT. Thanks for any insight!!

 

Also, do the rates IGT/OGT/VGT change as it gets closer to the sail date?

I can answer this - mostly.

This past year, I found *GT rates for the WBPC cruise the end of January. (I don't know the exact day.)
