It should still be Lucy, she had quite some time to go :)

She is a very approachable, professional and helpful lady.

You'll find her on the second desk opposite reception, which is on Deck 8.

I hope it is the same Lucy we are talking about as there are 3 Lucy's on the ships (different ships), doing the same job.

Lucy on the Dream went out with the ship to the Caribbean (but came home for Christmas) and is expected to stay on until September

She made our last cruise memorable she goes above and beyond her duty and works so many hours she is a gem.

We are looking forward to seeing her again on Saturday.

Hi Kopite, hope Lucy was kind with her words about me, if not, I am not as bad as she made out.

In our line of work a good cruise is the best way to get away from it all for a complete rest in order to re-charge the batteries.

Ha ha yes she was kind, I agree with you and this cruise is well earned and deserved!! The job is so stressful, the AI will come in handy and will be well used !

It is all well and good switching off but it's what you return to haha!!!
