Boarding time in Oslo

I am doing a dual embarkation cruise on Legend in August. The ship boards on Sunday in Hamburg then on Tuesday unloads some passengers and boards new in Oslo. I am wondering what is the best time to arrive at port in Oslo??

I want to enjoy some time in Oslo in the morning but don't want to encounter

tour groups returning to ship etc if I wait too late to board....OR is this no issue

as the boarding passengers and already boarded passengers kept separate??

Any help from anyone who has done this or knows???
