Boatyard or Paynes Bay better for seeing the Turtles?

Hi I was wondering if anyone had opinions and reasons as to whether the Boat Yard Beach or Paynes Bay was the best for swimming with the sea turtles last time we went to Paynes Bay but I have read some reviews saying the Boatyard was also good. Thanks for the help.
