Summit Deck 6 C1 Aft Area Questions

I have hunted and hunted and can't find an answer to my questions so I hope someone can help me.

 

1. Is 6143 just partially covered with the white tarp or completely?

 

2. Is the view from this cabin a straight down shot to water or do you have any type of jutting out or whatever below that would obstruct your view when looking straight down and standing at edge of balcony?

 

3. If you had it, do you think it was worth the extra money for the location?

 

Sorry if this has been answered, but I have spent an hour now reviewing photos and such. Appreciate your help.
