Gluten Free Food on Celebrity

I'd be grateful if I could get an idea of how well gluten free needs are handled on Celebrity.

 

We always choose flexible dining and don't like to arrange anything beforehand.

 

I've usually sailed HAL so only know of that experience, which can be hit and miss.

 

I'd like to hear people's view on gluten free items for room service breakfast, dinner room service and options in the oceanview café. Any other info welcome:)
