Ever since I got a new lap-top last February I've received the same cryptic message. Cunard LA of course denied any responsibility. It's mildly frustrating too; I can't check daily to see my next incredible upgrade.

I've just tried for three upcoming trips, no issues with the VP at all, straight in to it each time. Sorry to hear that you've a problem, hope you get it resolved very soon :) .
