Did I miss the boat?

No, its not what you think. I found a nice cruise for next month at an awesome price, and jumped to fast. I booked 5193 on the Legend. Now, I wish I had taken more time, and found an extended balcony for the same low price. I'm such an idiot.

I did call Carnival, and they said I would have to pay regular price, or there would be a 240$ fee for this. That's what I paid for each of us for the balcony, so not sure I want to pay another third.

Can I get some advice here? I would really like a bigger balcony.

Is it an aft extended your looking at? We had a midship extended on the Miracle and tho the balcony is larger and nice there is not enough room for a lounger.

Not necessarily, we had a regular balcony on our B2B Legend at Christmas, and was hoping for a bit larger one for this cruise. I'm guessing I'm stuck with a regular one.

This was our first extended midship, even tho it was roomier than the regular balcony's we have had in the past if we had to pay more for it I am not sure I would. Was nice to not have to move chairs to open the door.

Getting a different agent might help, might not.
