angelin269 Posted June 16, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) Hello, I am just wondering if it is possible to do the aquarium and Crystal caves on the same day. Edited June 16, 2014 by angelin269

sebas030 Posted June 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 16, 2014 Of course, and you will have time to spare ( if you start your day early ! ) I have read that the aquarium will take about 2 hours ( depending on how long you spend looking at everything of course) The caves, if you do both will last about 75 minutes, if you do only Crystal cave 45 minutes. That is without wait time before your group can go down. If you get there at the same time as tour buses...well you can add anything from 30 to 60 minutes... Have fun ! Mkel3434 Posted June 16, 2014 #4 Share Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) Very easy, just did this in may. We took the ferry across to Hamilton and then walked to the bus station. We then took the bus to the caves as they were the furthest destination. From the caves we took a taxi to the aquarium, I think it was about $12. The aquarium is great and I'm surprised there isn't more chatter on here in regards to the aquarium. It is also inexpensive compared to our aquarium(New England). For a family of 5 we paid less than 1 person would have to pay locally. I would say that the Bermuda aquarium is a better experience than the New England Aquarium. When we go back to Bermuda we probably wouldn't revisit the caves due to the price and the lack of value but we would go back to the aquarium. njhorseman Posted June 18, 2014 #7 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Is there a bus that that goes from the caves to the aquarium? #10 or 11 buses stop right around the corner from the entrance to the caves and go to BAMZ. By the way, if you're making a day of it, you might want to consider lunch at the Swizzle Inn between your visits to the caves and BAMZ. It's also near the caves.
