chenj78 Posted June 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 19, 2014 Hello! Does anyone have any recommendations for transfer services from Sea-Tac to Cruise Terminal Pier 91 (Royal Caribbean). So far, it seems Shuttle Express is the biggest player out of Sea-Tac. They are not the cheapest, but it appears they are one of the few shuttle services allowed to stage vehicles at the airport. You have to call all of the other ones once you arrive, who will then meet you at a loading zone. We are a group of 5 adults and 2 small kids, so convenience and having someone waiting for us on arrival is key. Thanks in advance.
mapleleaves Posted June 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) Shuttle Express will be $22pp for 5 adults, kids free if you use their shuttle service. They have small vans available for private service, but I'm sure it will be more than $100. Call and ask. I think 7 passengers and all the luggage is too much for a car service unless you're willing to split up into 2 vehicles. Already There car service is highly recommended by travellers on this forum. Probably about $60 per car. They'll be waiting off site, so you call them when you have your group and luggage together and they'll pick you up at the curb. I'll again suggest http://www.flatrateforhire.com or the sister site eastsideforhire. Ask for 2 minvans. Their regular fee to pier 91 is about $35 so maybe $40 for a minivan. Only Yellow Cab can be stationed at the airport but other cabs can pick up passengers who have reservations. When I've used eastsideforhire, I called from the luggage carousel to say that I was ready and using exit door #___; they called back to tell me the cab # to watch for, and the cab was at the curb in minutes. Seatac airport is about 1/2 hr south of downtown Seattle and pier 91 is about 5 miles north of downtown so it's a fair distance. We're not talking about a 10 minute ride. ScootsMom Posted June 20, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Try this site: http://www.seattleexpress.com Their rates are reasonable. We have used them in the past and will do so again in September.

Plus the OP doesn't want to walk to a staging area; they want pick up at the curb. Seattle Express is a great option for pier to airport though. Dan G Posted June 21, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 21, 2014 STILA limosines are staged at SEatac and regulated by the Port of Seattle. You go to the telephones in baggage claim and call Ground Transportation. Tell them you have a party of 5 and which door in baggage claim your closest to. They send a car big enough for the group. They are always there and you don't need to prearrange. All others must meet you but STILA is based at the airport and have an exclusive arrangement. I know they charge $45 to downtown so probably $60-65 to pier
chocolatelabs Posted July 7, 2014 #6 Share Posted July 7, 2014 In June we reserved an SUV from Seattle Airport Express for our group of four adults. They picked us up right outside of baggage claim. They had a good price, and we were happy with the service.
Nanookz Posted July 9, 2014 #7 Share Posted July 9, 2014 We used http://www.seattleshuttle.net for 3 different segments and they had the best price from what I compared with other companies. For the last leg from the Cruise ship to the airport I think it came to $10 a person. They were pretty good. We had a group of 8 and they picked us up in a white van.
