BobBranst Posted March 1, 2016 #76 Share Posted March 1, 2016 We agree the majority are in formal attire. Not exactly. Majority can be anything over 50%. I saw it to be more like 80-90% wearning tuxedos. Bob
Rare david,Mississauga Posted March 1, 2016 #77 Share Posted March 1, 2016 (edited) Not exactly. Majority can be anything over 50%. I saw it to be more like 80-90% wearning tuxedos. On my most recent crossing in Britannia it was about 50% of men in DJs. The Britannia crossing two years before that was about 75%. My experience in the Grills saw it as more consistent: 80% to 95%. Even on informal nights it looked to me like a third of men wore ties with the mandatory jackets. However, on our previous TA crossings from 2012 to 2015, I would estimate the numbers at better than 75% on the ones where we were on (in Britannia). YMMV Bob
jimmybean Posted March 2, 2016 #79 Share Posted March 2, 2016 I just hope nobody mentions fanny packs, Whether there was innocence, or not, would depend if the "mention" came from an American or a British person, bill_posters_is_inncocent ;)
