cruisePAC Posted June 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 22, 2014 In May 2012, we dined at Chef's Table while aboard Radiance of the Seas. We're going to do this again on our upcoming cruise on Serenade. What is the current course menu?

cruisePAC Posted June 23, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted June 23, 2014 Thanks for these two menus! I guess I was mainly curious to know if the menu would be the same as it was two years ago. Based on these two menus, it isn't.
Priusprof Posted June 23, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 23, 2014 We were just on Brilliance in May and the menu was Confit of Salmon, Toasted duck brioche sandwich, seared scallops, Beef tenderloin, and for desert a carmelized pear & nougat parfait. Chances are the menu is individualized by the chef but others might be able to shed more light on this.

The person next to us was doing a back to back and they made a differant menu for him (the Chef said they have 3 menus they use) Rick
